Intro Pottery Class - Tuesdays 5:30-8pm

Service Description

This is a beginning pottery class designed to teach the basics of using the pottery wheel and creating functional pottery from start to finish. This class will focus on making bowls and cups. The first two weeks will focus on the skills necessary to build vessels on the wheel. The third week will focus on trimming and creating the base or foot of each piece. The final week is reserved for glazing, or painting your work, which will then be fired a final time and can be picked up the following week to take home. Each class will meet from 5:30pm - 8pm 4 Tuesdays in December (12/2, 12/9, 12/16 & 12/23) Ages 13 +
